0820 Depart city dock. Lock 3 was on emergency power due to power outage caused by the heat wave. 1410 Arrive Fort Edward City Dock. Four boats at the city dock and we all went out to dinner together. 96 degs and mostly sunny. Cruised 29 miles and 4 locks.
